It's comfy hotel, we loved extra comfortable rooms and premier location. All in all it's clean place, they have lovely beds. Chicago Loop district deserves to be explored. And really close to the center, shopping and restaurant.

it was a 3-star hotel in every way. appreciated the location and staff, they were perfect. plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like giordano's that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience. This venue needs renovation.
